In this video tutorial, you will see how to replace the pollen filter on a Volkswagen Sharan. The first step is to purchase a new pollen filter. Next, get inside the vehicle, turn off the engine, and pull the handbrake. Pull the bonnet release lever, lift the bonnet, and secure it with the prop rod. Remove the cover located at the top of the engine bay; unscrew the fasteners of the plastic panel as shown in the video and press the pollen filter latch to release it; remove the pollen filter from its housing and clean the housing. Position the new filter according to the airflow direction indicated by the arrows.
