First, go to the back of the vehicle and open the boot. Then, locate the button on the outer base of the first headrest, press it down, and with your other hand, press the opposite button. At this point, use your thumbs as shown in the video and lift the headrest to the desired position. To remove it completely, you can temporarily detach the seat to gain more space.
