How to unlock the Volkswagen car radio

To unlock the car radio on a Volkswagen vehicle, you need to use the unlock pin. The unlock pin is provided in the user manual but if you don't have the manual, you can find the pin by removing the radio from its slot as the code is usually engraved on the side or on the top label of the radio. Once you have obtained the code, simply enter it to unlock the radio. The radio is automatically locked by the system after replacing the vehicle's battery or performing maintenance that involves disconnecting the battery.
