Follow this guide to dismantle and replace the starter motor on your Volkswagen Polo. First, open the bonnet of your car and disconnect the battery by removing one of the terminals. You will find the starter motor underneath, where you will need to unscrew its mounting bolts using a socket spanner to remove it, as shown in the video. Next, disconnect the electrical wiring and install the new starter motor by reversing the procedure!
