To create the Main User on the WeConnect App for the Volkswagen Golf MK8, proceed as follows: first, turn on the ignition, press SETUP, then use your smartphone to enter your username and password. If the car is new, you will only find the 'guest' profile.

You can register through the app on your phone for WeConnect; you will need the vehicle's chassis number, and the app will link it. Here you can see the range, whether it is locked or unlocked, and the status of some devices; some data, trip duration, and driving data.

The vehicle status report tells you some information about the car's condition.

If you want to see where the vehicle is located, you can view it on the map. Now, let's see how to become the main user. Go to SETUP, press 'become main user', of course, after doing this on your smartphone.
