Replacing the engine air filter in your Volkswagen Passat B7 is a straightforward task. Follow these instructions to complete it without any difficulty. First, park the car safely and turn off the engine. Once it has cooled sufficiently, lift the bonnet and locate the box containing the air filter at the bottom of the engine bay. Obtain a suitable spanner and remove the screws around the edge of the cover. Finally, remove the cover and replace the old filter with the new one.
