In this tutorial, you will see how to reset the oil service on a Volkswagen Golf, a very simple and quick operation to perform only after completing all required scheduled maintenance work. First, enter the cabin and insert the key, but leave it in the initial position. Next, press and hold the button located in the centre of the dashboard, turn on the ignition, and about a second later, release the button and then press it a second time. Restart the vehicle to check that the reset has been successful.
