Resetting the service light for the Volkswagen Tiguan is a task you can do yourself, thanks to our brief video tutorial. To reset the light, first press the button on the instrument cluster while simultaneously turning on the ignition.

Then release the button and press it again when the service light appears on the display. At this point, wait ten seconds before releasing the button.

This will automatically reset the mileage for the next service, and the service light will be cleared.
