In your Volkswagen ID.4, the charging port door may become stuck, possibly due to a fault with the control button or the lock actuator. In this case, you can perform an emergency opening by following the simple procedure shown in this video.

First, open the boot. Then, locate the small door on the right side of the compartment and open it. Next, grab the yellow cord and pull it towards the rear of the vehicle to unlock the lock.

At this point, you can refuel and repair the faulty component.
