How to Reset the Inspection Light on a Volkswagen Tiguan

This article explains how to reset the inspection light on a Volkswagen Tiguan. To reset this light, start the ignition; after starting the ignition, press and hold the button located on the side of the wiper lever for 3 seconds. After about 3 seconds, a menu will appear; at this point, release the button and use the arrows on the side of the wiper lever to navigate the menu until you find the service interval option. Once located, press the OK button at the bottom of the lever to confirm. Now select the reset option, and then select OK. At this point, the procedure will be complete, and you can restart the instrument cluster.
