How do you set the date on the Volkswagen Passat?

In order to set the date of the Volkswagen Passat, you need to turn on the instrument panel by inserting the ignition key into the corresponding slot. Once the panel is turned on, you can press the SETUP button next to the central display on the dashboard to access the next screen. Here, you will need to select the "System" option and then the "Date" option: this will allow you to access a screen where you can modify the date using touch commands. Once you have finished adjusting the date, you can turn off the instrument panel.
