Let's briefly go through the steps to remove and replace the rear door panel on the Volkswagen Golf. First, open the rear door and start by removing the plastic cover of the grab handle using a thin lever; then unscrew all the fixing screws located underneath and on the sides of the door panel, as shown in the video.

At this point, unclip the panel until it is completely removed, disconnecting the electric connector for the window switch and the handle cable; then refit the door panel!
