In this video, we are shown how to reset the maintenance indicator on the Volkswagen Golf MK8. The procedure is quite simple and requires little time to be completed. The procedure is as follows: first, you need to start the instrument panel, then press the menu button on the right side of the steering wheel, from the menu that appears select the settings option to activate, in case the option related to driving time and distance is not active, once activated, go back to the menu, select the option related to distance, once selected press the menu button and hold it down for about 5 seconds, at this point the maintenance section will appear, from the menu that appears select the option to reset service inspection, press the ok button and confirm by pressing the ok button. The reset is now complete.
