How do you reset the Service indicator light on the Volkswagen Golf?

In order to reset the Service light that is displayed on the instrument panel of the Volkswagen Golf, you need to press and hold the 0.0 button located in the center of the instrument panel. By continuing to hold down this button, you will be able to insert the ignition key into the corresponding slot and turn it to start the panel. Once the panel is turned on, you will see a confirmation message: you must then release the button and press it again to confirm the reset. At the end of the procedure, you can turn off the panel.
