In this tutorial, you will learn how to remove the rear door panel in a Volvo V70, a very simple and quick operation. First, open the door you will be working on, then using a small flathead screwdriver, pry out the cap located inside the opening handle.

Next, unscrew the released screw using a Torx T20 key, detach the various plastic rivets along the perimeter, and separate the panel from the door. At this point, disconnect both the lock cable and the window regulator connector, and install the replacement.
