In this new guide aimed at all of you who own a Volvo XC40 (year 2023), we will explain how you can safely reset the oil light by yourself without having to go to a professional. First of all, make sure to start the following procedure with the car turned off, then locate the lower button located on the left side of the steering wheel. Hold down the button in question and simultaneously press the brake pedal all the way down. Finally, start the instrument panel and wait for the oil light to turn off before releasing the button and the brake pedal.
