How to Replace the Key Battery of the Volvo S40

To correctly complete the replacement of the battery located inside the key of your second-generation Volvo S40, follow the procedure described in the following guide. First, purchase a new CR2450 battery, then take the car remote and slide out the physical emergency key from inside it. Once this simple operation is complete, use the same emergency key to remove the protective cover and proceed to replace the old exhausted battery with the new one. Finally, reassemble the remote cover, and you are done.
