How do you open the stuck fuel door on a Volvo S60? Open the trunk to access the interior of the car. Remove the cover on the upper right side of the trunk and locate the internal motor for the fuel door. Reach the fuel door release motor: grasp the plastic lever of the motor and unlock the latch. Remove the damaged latch and replace it with a new one. After replacing the damaged part, test the operation. Reinstall all the cover pieces of the trunk.
