In this tutorial we can see how to replace the engine oil in the Yamaha YZF R3, an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, make sure that the engine is sufficiently cold, then position a container under the motorcycle, locate the drain hole bolt and unscrew it using a 17mm socket wrench. Let all the oil in the system drain out, unscrew the old filter and tighten both the replacement and the bolt. At this point, all that's left to do is to pour the required amount of oil through the appropriate upper hole.
