Today we will discover the instructions that will allow us to reset the transmission belt of the Yamaha Xmax 400 scooter. First of all, we put the scooter on the central stand and start by opening the cover that we find under the handlebars, on the right (next to the ignition cylinder); then we disconnect the electrical connector that we find below, as shown in the video.

At this point, we turn on the ignition and then turn it off again, reconnecting the cable; finally, we turn on the instrument panel to complete the reset operation!
