In this tutorial, see how to replace the front headlight bulb in a Yamaha TW 200, an extremely simple and quick operation. First, ensure the instrument cluster is off for safety.

Then, locate the screw at the bottom of the headlight, unscrew it with a cross-head screwdriver, and remove the cover. Next, unscrew both side bolts with a 10mm spanner, separate the headlight from the bracket, and disconnect the power connector.

At this point, remove the rubber cap, unclip the metal clip, replace the bulb, and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
