In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the headlight bulb on the Yamaha TW 200, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the key is not inserted, in order to work in complete safety, then remove the headlight frame by unscrewing the screw with a cross-tip screwdriver.

Then unscrew the two side bolts using a 10mm socket wrench, separate the headlight from the base and disconnect the power connector. At this point, all that remains is to remove the rubber cap, replace the bulb, and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.

How to Replace the Clutch on the KTM XCF 450?
