How to Change the Engine Oil on a Yamaha R1

Model: Yamaha R1 Yamaha
Part: Engine oil

Video tutorial

You can change the engine oil on the Yamaha R1 by unscrewing the drain plug located at the central lower part of the bike: once this is removed, let all the used oil flow into a suitable container. You can also remove the oil filter, which is located in the same position: this should then be replaced with a new one. Complete the procedure by topping up, pouring the necessary amount of oil through the breather located on the right side of the bike.
