In this video tutorial we will see the step-by-step instructions for carrying out the service, that is the replacement of the engine oil and the oil filter, on the 2017 Yamaha Tmax 500 SX scooter. First we place our scooter on the central stand and start with remove the oil vent bolt found under the engine, using a socket wrench; let the oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we use the oil filter wrench to unscrew it, as shown in the video; let's replace it with the new one, screwing it by hand; then pour in the new engine oil!
