How to replace the spark plug of the Yamaha Xmax 250

Let's see in this guide the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the spark plug of the Yamaha Xmax 250 scooter, but also of the Xmax 125. First of all, we put our scooter on the central stand and start to lift the saddle; then let's unscrew the screws of the compartment under the saddle, in order to access the cylinder head, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the spark plug cap and use a socket wrench with extension to unscrew and remove it; so let's install the new one, of the right type and having the same pitch!

How to change the engine oil of Derbi Fds

Let's find out below the instructions on how to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and the oil filter, of the Derbi Fds. First of all, we put the stand on our bike and start to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; let the old oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler cap and carry out the new top up; we use the oil with the right characteristics, finally checking the oil level using the dipstick!
