First, place your scooter on the centre stand and lift the seat; then, unscrew the screws in the under-seat compartment to access the cylinder head, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the spark plug cap and use a socket wrench with an extension to unscrew and remove it; then install the new one, ensuring it is the correct type and has the same thread pitch!
