How to change the engine oil on a Yamaha TW200?

To change the engine oil on a Yamaha TW200, start by running the engine for a few minutes to make the oil more fluid. Turn off the engine and lift the bike onto a centre stand for stability.

Position a container under the oil drain plug, located underneath the engine. Use a spanner to unscrew the drain plug and allow the oil to completely drain into the container.

Once the oil has fully drained, replace the drain plug and tighten it securely. Locate the oil filler cap on the side of the engine.

Remove the cap and insert a funnel. Slowly pour in new oil according to the quantity specified in the owner's manual, being careful not to exceed the maximum level.

After filling, reattach and tighten the filler cap. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes, then turn it off and check for leaks. This ensures the new oil is properly distributed throughout the engine and everything is functioning as expected.

How to Replace the Clutch on the KTM XCF 450?
