In this video, see how to adjust the headlights on the Alfa Romeo Giulietta, both in height and direction: you will need a 6 mm Allen key. Adjustments are made inside the headlight, but you act on the outermost screw, as shown in the video. This way, you can adjust the orientation to the right or left.

By turning the screw to the left, you adjust the headlight to point outward; conversely, by tightening it, you point the headlight inward. The up/down adjustment is the one visible outside the metal housing.

Tightening raises the headlight, while loosening lowers it.
