Today we will explain how to replace the trunk handle of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta. To replace the handle, we need to open the trunk and remove the tailgate panel. To do this, we need to unscrew the two screws on the sides using a Phillips screwdriver. After removing the panel, we use a 10mm socket wrench to unscrew the two screws inside the handle. Then we push outward the button to remove it. Clean the housing well and replace the outer and inner gasket before installing the new button. Screw in the two screws and push the button inward. Mount the tailgate panel and close the trunk. Test the button immediately by opening the trunk of our Giulietta from the outside.
