Want to replace the leather gear knob on an Alfa Romeo 159? Here’s how to do it: first, remove the plastic cover on the knob with a screwdriver, then unscrew the gear knob using a socket or spanner. After removing the knob from the gear lever on the centre console, proceed with the assembly: fit the new knob onto the gear lever and screw the pin onto it with the spanner. Finally, attach the plastic cover (with the gear identification numbers) onto the gear knob. Check the correct assembly of the parts.
