To replace the remote control battery on an Alfa Romeo Giulietta, press the button to extend the key; then, using a small flat screwdriver, turn the screw that was previously covered by the key. The arrow on the screw should point to the icon of the open padlock: this way, you can use the screwdriver to extract the battery drawer, which will now be released. Now you can remove the old battery from the drawer and insert a new one; the drawer can then be inserted and secured by turning the screw back.
