Model: Alfa Romeo 159 MK 1 - Years 2005-2011
Part: Starter motor
Operation: How to remove the starter motor of an Alfa Romeo 159

Before being able to start, we will have to go and open the front hood of our Alfa Romeo 159. Let's start then by disassembling and removing the sleeves and manifolds located above the starter motor, unscrewing the relative fixing bolts. Next, we will have to unscrew and remove the bolts that secure the starter motor to its housing. By doing so, we will have freed the starter itself. At this point we will have to disconnect the electric plug that powers the starter motor. When we have completed this step, we will be able to extract the motor from the engine compartment of our Alfa Romeo 159, and we will have completed the disassembly.
