Is the starter motor on your Alfa Romeo not functioning anymore? Let's look at how to remove the starter motor on a 147. Open and lift the front bonnet, remove the engine cover panel, and disconnect the battery terminals. Undo the securing bolts of the starter motor with a socket wrench, then disconnect the power terminals. Install the new starter motor by connecting the power cables and securing it with the appropriate bolts. Prepare to reconnect the battery terminals in the engine bay. Refit the soundproofing panel and all other removed parts.
