To replace the cabin fan on an Alfa Romeo 145, you need to completely remove the dashboard from the passenger side and around the central panel. To do this, open the glove compartment and unscrew the screws inside; this will allow the glove compartment to be fully removed along with the surrounding dashboard panel. Then, loosen the screws securing the central panel, disconnect and completely remove it: at this point, you will be able to locate the cabin fan at the back of the panel, disconnecting it from the wires and replacing it with a new one.
