In order to replace the cabin fan of the Alfa Romeo 145, you need to completely dismantle the dashboard from the front passenger side and in correspondence with the central panel. To remove the dashboard, you will need to open the glove compartment and unscrew the screws inside: this way, the compartment can be completely removed, along with the dashboard panel around it. Then, the screws securing the central panel can be loosened, disconnecting and removing the panel completely: at this point, it will be possible to locate the cabin fan at the back of the panel, disconnect it from the cables, and replace it with a new one.
