How to Replace the ECU of the Aprilia Scarabeo

Follow these instructions to remove and replace the ECU of the Aprilia Scarabeo 400 scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and disconnect the battery.

Next, unscrew the fixing screws of the front cover to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the various electrical connectors of the ECU, unscrewing the fixing screws to remove it and replace it with the new one. Reconnect the electrical connections to refit the ECU, and also reassemble the front fairing!
