Often, the malfunction of the remote for your first-generation Audi Q5 (2015) is caused by a completely dead battery. In this guide, you will discover the steps to correctly complete the replacement.

First, purchase a new CR2032 button battery. Then, locate the small button on the back of the remote and press it to remove the protective cover.

Once done, also remove the battery holder by pulling it outward and proceed with the battery replacement.
