How do you close the convertible top of the Audi A4 when it is stuck?

In order to close the convertible top of the Audi A4 when it is stuck, you need to lower the panel located in the center of the rear seat backs, so that you can locate a knob underneath: this knob can now be rotated to open the panel behind the headrests. Once this panel has been located, you will be able to locate the convertible top underneath it that will be folded: you will need to grab it and lift it to bring it back into contact with the upper windshield pillar, hook it and then lower the rear panel.
