To reset the trip meter on the Audi A3, turn on the instrument panel by inserting the ignition key into the corresponding ignition switch: once the panel is on, press the 0.0 button located in the centre of the panel to display the trip meter. You can then press and hold the button to completely deactivate the trip meter; at the end of the reset procedure, you can turn off the instrument panel.

How to open the bonnet on a Volkswagen Golf?
