How to change the battery of an Audi A6 C6 key.

In this article we will illustrate step by step the procedure for replacing the battery of an Audi A6 key. For this operation you will need a small flathead screwdriver. To replace the battery, first open the key as if to insert it into the ignition, then using the screwdriver apply pressure by inserting it in the central part to leverage the cover below the Audi logo, lift the cover, once lifted remove it using the screwdriver, once removed you will have access to the battery located on the cover. Use the screwdriver to remove it. Now replace the battery and close the key by applying pressure with your hands to reinsert the cover in place.
