Removing the dashboard air conditioning fans on an Audi Q5 produced from 2008 to 2017 is a simple and quick operation to perform independently. To remove the fans, we need to use a plastic tool for removing parts that can be purchased online. It is also possible to use a flat-tipped screwdriver covered with a microfiber cloth to avoid scratching the bodywork. Insert the plastic tool into the upper corner and apply pressure outwards to remove the entire unit, disconnect the fan connector to completely remove the piece.
