How do you reset the Service light on the Audi R8?

To reset the Service light of the Audi R8, you need to insert the ignition key into the slot, so that you can turn it to start the instrument panel: once the panel is on, you can hold down the button at the bottom right of the panel until the Service menu appears. When this option appears, you will need to hold down the button again for a longer interval: this way the light will disappear completely from the instrument panel and you can then turn it off by turning the key in the opposite direction in the slot.
