How to remove the front headlight and how to install LED bulbs H7 on an Audi A3 8P

Disassembling the front headlight is not complicated, but it requires a bit of patience and certainly makes it easier to change the bulb. Open the hood and unscrew the fixing screws of the headlight, usually there are two above and one on the side. Then gently pull the headlight forward and disconnect the electrical connector. Now to install the LED H7 bulbs, remove the rubber cap behind the headlight, unplug the old halogen bulb and insert the LED with the right adapter. Be careful as some LEDs require a resistor or decoder to avoid errors on the dashboard. Reassemble everything following the steps in reverse and test the lights before closing the hood. Now you can enjoy a more powerful and modern lighting. If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, contact a specialized workshop.
