To activate the folding mirror in reverse, first make sure that the function is enabled in the car's system. Go to the MMI system menu, look for the Mirror Adjustment or Convenience Settings option, and there you will find the option to activate the function of the mirrors folding automatically when you put the car in reverse.

Once you set it up, every time you put the car in reverse, the passenger side mirror will fold down to give you a better view of the sidewalk or obstacles. It is very convenient for parking in tight spaces.
