The tire pressure sensor of the Audi A1 can be reset by inserting the key to turn on the instrument panel. At this point, you will need to press the "Menu" button and the button located at the bottom left of the knob on the central panel.

You can use the knob to scroll down and press it to select the "Servicing and Checks" option. Now you can select the "Tyre pressure monitoring" option and then press the "Store tyre pressures" option.

This way, the tire pressure sensor will be reset and you can turn off the instrument panel.
