In this video, we see how to install an oil vapor recovery device. In this case, it is installed on a 2000 Audi TT, but the concept is valid for all cars.

This device is used to prevent oil vapors from the engine from being dispersed into the environment, and to keep the intake system clean. In fact, during engine operation, oil vapors are created inside the crankcase, which could pollute the environment, reduce engine efficiency, and increase emissions.

We place it between the intake and the oil filter. In the car in the video, we also have a LPG system, so the spaces are tight.
