How to remove and replace spark plugs on an Audi A4? Let's see how to proceed with the disassembly: open the engine compartment and lift the hood, secure it, and disconnect the battery terminals. Remove the soundproofing cover; use a screwdriver or pliers to take off the coils on the cylinder head; then, use a socket wrench to unscrew the spark plugs and pull them out of the cylinder head. Take the new spark plugs: guide them with the extension of the socket wrench into the engine head (tighten them) and connect the power coils to each spark plug with the new connectors. Finally, close the hood and test the proper functioning.
