In this video, we see how to replace the brake servo sensor on an Audi A4 B9: this is a component that detects the pressure applied to the brake pedal by the driver, and sends the signal to the electronic control unit to modulate the brake servo assistance, activate related systems such as ABS or ESP, and regulate regenerative braking in hybrid cars. In the Audi A4 B9, it is integrated into the hydraulic brake servo module: so we open the hood and lift the protective rubber located at the base of the windshield wiper arm. We disconnect the electrical connector and, using a small spatula, remove the sensor which can be found, for example, on E-bay with the code 384506770708 at a price of 44.80 euros + 15.80 euros for shipping.
