How to replace the cabin air filter on an Audi A6? Follow these steps: Use a plastic lever to pop out the rivets on the cover located at the bottom of the dashboard (right side under the glove compartment). Get a screwdriver or a cordless drill and remove the screws securing the plastic cover.

Remove the worn cabin filter, insert a new cabin filter ensuring it fits snugly around the walls of the housing, and reattach the filter housing cover. Tighten the screws of the cover; check the correct installation of the previously mounted parts.
