How to remove the glove compartment drawer on an Audi A3? Here’s how to proceed: use a plastic lever to pop out the rivets on the cover located at the bottom of the dashboard (right side under the glove compartment). Get a screwdriver or a cordless drill: remove the securing screws that hold the side cover of the tunnel. Unscrew the screws (located around the frame of the glove compartment) with a socket or screwdriver; pull the glove compartment out of the dashboard (disconnect the power terminal). Perform maintenance inside the drawer, and reassemble the previously removed parts.
