How to Replace the Ignition Cylinder on the Audi A3

Model: Audi A3 MK 2, 8P - Years 2003-2013

Today's main instructions will allow you to remove and replace the ignition cylinder and steering lock of the Audi A3. First, get inside the vehicle and start removing the entire plastic cover located under the steering wheel, also removing the cap; then, drill out the fixing pin of the cylinder, disconnecting the ignition wiring as shown in the video. At this point, remove the entire block and the ignition cylinder, replacing it with a new one; you will also need to replace the ignition key.
