You can replace the starter motor on the Audi A3 by loosening the screws that secure the front bumper to its housing: these screws will be located at the bottom and top of the bumper, as well as inside the wheel arch. Once the bumper has been removed, you will have access to the starter motor, which is located at the bottom relative to the engine block, near the flywheel: by loosening the screws that secure the starter motor and disconnecting the corresponding connectors, you can insert the new replacement part and secure it.
